Frequently asked questions about returning products to ZESA-SILK.

  • How do I initiate a return? - Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to begin the return process.
  • What are the conditions for a full refund? - Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • How long does it take to process a refund? - Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Can I exchange a product instead of returning it? - We don't offer exchanges. However, you can return your order through the returns process, receive your money back, and feel free to place a new order.
  • Who bears the return costs? - We cover the return costs from Germany. Contact us – you will receive further information and a shipping label from us. Returns from abroad are the customer's responsibility. Before returning your goods from abroad, it is important that you contact us first so that we can initiate the return process.

How to initiate the return:

1. Contact us Send us an email or write to us via the contact form with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Name of the item to be returned
  • Reason for return (e.g. size, color, damage)

2. Return Authorization After reviewing your request, you will receive from us:

  • A return confirmation with return number
  • Shipping instructions or a prepaid return label
  • Information on the expected processing time

3. Packaging and shipping

  • Pack the items carefully in the original packaging
  • Please enclose the return number clearly visible
  • Use the provided return label or follow our shipping instructions

4. Processing After receiving and checking your return, we will process it immediately and inform you about the next steps.
